What is Scooter Anyway?

In my effort to report on all things scooter, I find myself wondering what type of animal Scooter from the Muppets was. I mean, was he like some sort of bird, or something more imaginary like gonzo? Luckily for me (and you) I have found a cutting edge news article that attempts to answer these hard hitting questions.

Scootera What exactly was Scooter on "The Muppets"? This question excited a surprising amount of debate among a few people we consulted with. Some argued that Scooter was some sort of a bespeckled bird, like a rooster, others wondered if he was some sort of made-up animal (like Gonzo), and a few got him mixed up with Beaker. We turned to the Internet, and found several FAQs about The Muppets that list Scooter as a (drum roll) ...

I wont tell you the answer, why ruin it for you? Instead please feel free to read about it here.

Charlie

hey I live just outside of Houston, texas. I was born in NJ but raised in England and spent many years in Alberta, Canada. I think the scooter thing is in my blood. My mom was Yugoslav and rode a scooter in her late teens, around 1947 or so. Plus I am well travelled so I am familiar with scooters. I ride a vespa ET4 all over the town of Richmond, Texas. I don't see other scooters much except in university areas of Houston. I am an anomalie ! I ride cross county but not upon the nutty texas freeways. secondary roads are very cool. I LOVE IT. I even go rid of my car. It really saved $. I am a young 46 years old and probably will do this for life !
